Gateway Pundit reported this yesterday. 85-year-old Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was absent from her bench at the Supreme Court for the second day in a row Tuesday. Chief Justice Roberts said on Tuesday, that Ginsburg is “unable to be present” but will participate from home by using transcripts and court briefs…
OK so am I’m thinking I need to be in front of the pack by starting a watch on how long before the Judge will call it quits one way or the other? Maybe. But I think it’s fair to say this just may be a final curtain call for RBG. She’s like a rock star to the left. But give her credit. To last this long with her ailments is a great achievement.
Today she missed arguments. This is the first time she’s missed in her career on the court. She will participate from home “on the basis of briefs, filings and transcripts,” a court spokeswoman says. It is not clear when Ginsburg will return to the court. So will this start folks talking? Will the Republicans start lining up judges for the President to review? As crazy as this sounds, will Democrats look for a Judge to rule that President Trump nominating a third judge is unconstitutional? More crazier. Will all the Democrat AG’s file lawsuits against Trump if he does?
OK so I might be getting carried away. But after last year, I’m not ruling nothing out. Oh I forgot. How will the new House react if RGB resigns or dies? The cast of characters they now have are capable of anything. So let’s look at this more closely. This from court spokesman Kathy Arberg, Ginsburg was working from home after undergoing surgery on Dec. 21 to remove two cancerous nodules in the lower lobe of her left lung, which were discovered incidentally during tests performed at the George Washington University hospital to diagnose and treat rib fractures she sustained in a fall on Nov. 7. Arberg said Ginsburg will participate in the cases using briefs, filings and transcripts of oral arguments.
In closing, RGB may be back in a day or two and I made a big to do about nothing. But if I’m right, remember you heard it here first. What say you?

I have been writing on and off the past 46 years. First piece I ever wrote was my high school underground newspaper. A father of two twenty somethings. Happily married and presently living in Ohio.
