So what’s America have to look forward to in 2019?

What are we thinking?  How does the future look?  Are there really 40 Democrats considering a run for President?  And are the Russians back for the 2020 elections?  Take the last one.  Did the Russians ever leave?  To say that 2016 was the first time they ever got involved is foolish.  Was it like 2016?  Most say no but we did not have the Social Media in the past comparable to what we have today.  Here’s three examples that stick out.

• 1960: Through his ambassador to the United States, Mikhail Menshikov, Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev offered Adlai Stevenson help from a secret propaganda campaign. However, Stevenson declined the offer. He lost in the Democratic primary to John F. Kennedy.

• 1968: The Soviet Union’s ambassador to the U.S., Anatoly Dobrynin, offered to secretly fund Hubert Humphrey’s campaign against Richard Nixon. Humphrey declined the bribe.

• 1976: Fearing that anti-communist Democrat Henry “Scoop” Jackson stood a good chance at winning in the wake of Nixon’s resignation, the KGB began a smear campaign. Soviet spies forged FBI paperwork to make it appear Jackson was secretly gay and sent the fake reports to newspapers around the United States during the election and for years after.

Now I know it’s early but here’s something that I found very interesting.  Progressives want Joe Biden over Bernie Sanders.  Yes we all know that Joe was once a Moderate who went left.  But he’s a favorite of Progressives?    This from a poll conducted December 16-17.

Registered voters who say they have a “strong liberal” ideology prefer former Vice President Joe Biden to Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) in a hypothetical 2020 matchup against President Trump, according to a new poll.

TRENDING NEWS:  The news media IS the enemy of the American people

The Hill-HarrisX daily poll, conducted Dec. 16-17, found that 83 percent of self-identified progressive prefer Biden, compared to 75 percent who picked Sanders. Rep. Beto O’Rourke (D-Texas) was the top choice for 66 percent of liberal respondents.  This will get more interesting as the tear goes on.

In closing I just want to say that we will see more interference, but I’m afraid it will be from Social Media.  Sure they say they will not but the track record of the major social players is not good.  What say you?
