Back in November Students at Rider University were asked what food vendor/ restaurant they wanted. The number one pick was Chick-fil-A. You know the story and we’ve all heard it before. Morals bad Chick-fil-A bad. Anyone who has ever gone to a Chick -fil-A knows that they don’t preach or try to convert you. Sure the privately owned company was started by a Christian. But here’s what they offer.
“Chick-fil-A is a restaurant company focused on food, service and hospitality, and our restaurants and licensed locations on college campuses welcome everyone. We have no policy of discrimination against any group, and we do not have a political or social agenda,” the restaurant’s spokesperson told CBS News.
So now we move on to a story that is so heart warming that it will restore your faith in our young if you have given up on them. One of the employee’s at the Chick-fil-A in Corpus Cristi, Texas came out and helped a disabled person. She actually took the time to feed the disabled man.
A customer Jessica Gomez took the picture and also said this. “You don’t see that too often, an employee actually staying with a customer, feeding them you know and keeping them company it’s not very often that you see that anymore,” Gomez told KIIITV. Gomez did not want to interrupt the special moment, so she reportedly took the sweet photo from afar.
In closing, Now anyone who’s a regular at Chick-fil-A would not be surprised at seeing this. I’ve seen nothing but well mannered young men and women. The majority of them are high school and college students. You see a few adults, mut the majority of the workers are students. My grandniece was recently hired and I’m sure she will do just fine. What say you?

I have been writing on and off the past 46 years. First piece I ever wrote was my high school underground newspaper. A father of two twenty somethings. Happily married and presently living in Ohio.
